Custom keys generally are shipped within 5 business days after lock is received.
We will strive to provide your preferred finish;
however, some locks dictate the key blank and prevent us from having complete control over the finish.

J-3498, Brass Darkening Solution
Darkens new brass to give it a rich antique look.
Brass darkening solution is fast acting and can be used
to achieve an antiqued appearance on brass, copper, or bronze.
Immerse the brass item in the solution, let is set until desired
color is attained, then rinse with water and wipe dry. It
casuses no dimensional change.
Note: This solution will not work on lacquered or brass plated items.
Also, when ordering please provide the physical address.
Because of the chemical classification, this item is shipped via ground service and
cannot be delivered to a P.O. Box.

Tassels provide an elegant touch to your decor. They can be used as a key
chain for your antique keys adding beauty to piece and function to help prevent
key loss. Searching for tiny keys really is not our idea of fun! We were
constantly conducting all on deck searches for our back door key...until we
placed a tassel on it. We have not conducted a search since. The tassel makes
it easy to spot plus it made the back door look nice. Hang them on a door knob
or drawer knob for a unique touch. We hung one from the lid of a tall candy
dish and it always gets compliments.
